Good posture can help to maintain a healthy spine. Sitting correctly on the chair, square onto the desk with feet flat on the floor or on a footrest, can all help.
Keep moving around whilst at your desk
Varying the tasks that you do, taking regular minibreaks from the computer, taking deep breaths and changing your posture regularly will all help.
